The Faith & Fat Loss retreats and workshops are held at various locations around the country. We hold an annual retreat at one of the World's Most Prestigious Resorts in the majestic Rocky Mountains.
The retreat is designed for each session to build on the previous session with the
intention of uncovering and eliminating any hindrances to your spiritual and
physical fat loss - come expecting a life-changing experience.
