•    Strength - It is important to understand that if you are going to be effective in obtaining permanent fat loss you need more than will-power, you need God's-Power. With your strength you may be able to produce a change, but only God's strength can produce a true transformation.  We are praying for you to be strong in the power of His might.

•    Comfort - The Lord never intended for us to be without comfort even in our deepest fears, hardest decisions, and in what appears to be hopeless predicaments; such as, being over-weight or obese. Jesus said, I will send you a comforter (John 14:16).  The Bible also tells us to comfort each other, so you can be comforted in knowing that you have a group of prayer warriors in your corner praying for you.

•    Courage - It is necessary for fear to be present in order for courage to exist. Courage is overcoming fear. Our prayer is for you to overcome your fears -- our job is to support and gird you up with prayer.

•    Hope - When you have a considerable amount of weight to lose it is easy to feel hopeless and alone. The Bibles says blessed is the man whose hope is in God, our prayer is for you to continue having hope in God.

•    Faith - It is impossible to please God without faith.  Faith is a necessary part of your success.

•    The heart of a finisher - Sometimes people have great ideas and they start an endeavor, by the time they are midway through the project they turn back for one reason or another. Some of us have done this more than once concerning fat loss.  Our prayer is for you to have the heart of a finisher and achieve permanent fat loss and true transformation.

•    Fat loss - "Lay aside every sin and weight that so easily besets you" (Hebrews 12:1), this means physically and spiritually.

•    Health - God desires for you to be in health and prosper, even as your soul prospers.
