I want you to consider the importance of detoxification. There is a need to go through a physical detox. However, a more important step will be a spiritual detoxification.
After every fall, there is an opportunity to learn something and grow from the mistake. There is a lesson here for all of us.
One of the things that causes Anna have to be successful is her honesty with herself and with us. With this kind of honesty and determination with accountability and the program how can she fail? And if she makes a mistake the important thing is that she gets back up.
In the continuing journal of Anna, I have to say that I was so proud to see her make it through a cupcake-filled Sunday. After seven days, I can see the way that she is starting to shape her attitude toward eating the right foods and doing the right things. This is one that has made her mind up that she is not going to fail and God is going to help her through her journey, take a look.
As we continue the journey through Anna’s 21-day Jump Start program, how are you feeling? Are you ready to start? Do you have the faith in God to know you can be healed, that your body can be made stronger, that you can feel healthy and gain strength physically and spiritually?
Anna has her mind made up that she’s not going to give up! She depends greatly on God’s Word -- this is where she gets her strength. 1 john 2:14 tells us plainly that we overcome through the Word of God. The Word says it like this, “Young men you are strong because the Word of God abides in you and you have overcome the wicked one.” This means young man or young woman.
