Eating Plan

The Faith & Fat Loss Eating Plan is designed in two phases.  The first phase is the 21-Day Jump Start, which is designed to detoxify your fat cells and prepare your body for fat loss. Even though you eat six balanced meals per day, and are never hungry, you can expect to lose 7 to 26 lbs. The second phase is the continuation and maintenance plan; during this phase fat loss continues, your health improves, and energy increases.

In order to effectively decrease body fat and to keep it off each meal must be eaten in proper combination.  A proper combination consists of a Protein, an Essential Fatty Acid, and a Carbohydrate (preferably a fibrous carbohydrate.)

The following is an example of a super-charged fat burning breakfast in proper combination:

         Protein:                                        Egg and cheese omelet
         Essential Fatty Acid (EFA):        12 raw almonds
         Carbohydrate:                             ½ grapefruit & 1 slice whole grain
                                                               wheat toast
